Terms Entered in Search
A name, place, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that operates that tool. Northampton County Released Inmates does not store or log those query terms on its own systems. The provider's rules and privacy practices apply to its processing.
Messages Sent to Us
If you send an email or use a contact form, the message and reply details are retained as needed to answer. We do not share that correspondence outside the organization unless a legal duty requires disclosure.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Routine server, analytics, or advertising systems may record technical details when a page loads:
